Hélène Kirschen has been part of the patent paralegal team at Bockstael, now Oryon, since 2005.
As office manager, she serves as a key point of contact within the firm. She is responsible for welcoming clients, managing the telephone system, and handling various administrative and organizational tasks.
In addition, Hélène supports the patent team in the follow-up of European patents. She coordinates validations in various countries and handles communication between clients and local correspondents to ensure files are processed efficiently and correctly.
