Yolandie is an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal with broad expertise in the administrative and procedural handling of intellectual property files. She has extensive experience in filing and pursuing patents and designs worldwide, managing annual fees, and providing support regarding trademark infringement and counterfeiting issues, as well as in legal proceedings.

Yolandie started her career in intellectual property in 1997 at Adams & Adams. Subsequently, she worked at Bowman Gilfillan and Hahn & Hahn Inc., where she gained extensive practical experience within various IP departments.

In 2016, she moved to Belgium and joined Valipat. In 2018, she joined IPLodge.

Following the merger with Bureau Bockstael, she is now part of Oryon.

She is known for her meticulous approach and her strong focus on efficient collaboration with clients, colleagues, and international correspondents.
