Experience:
Gercilaine has been active at Bockstael, which is now part of Oryon, since 2013.

Over the years, she has built up extensive experience in the administrative and procedural follow-up of patent proceedings, both at the national and international levels.

In her role, she supports the patent attorneys in the coordination and follow-up of files, and is responsible for communication with clients, official authorities, and foreign correspondents.

Since 2025, she holds the position of Head Paralegal. In this role, she leads the paralegal team and ensures that all formalities within the various proceedings are carefully and timely complied with.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Multilingual Professional Communication
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Literature: French – English
