Oryon strengthens the team with BertJan Kamphuis (Patenthuis)

Effective May 1, 2026, dr. BertJan Kamphuis’s IP firm Patenthuis will merge with Oryon. With this move, BertJan strengthens the team of patent attorneys at Oryon, and his clients will continue to be served from Oryon.

BertJan has been active as a Belgian and European patent attorney since 2013. He first gained extensive experience in the corporate world before starting work as a patent attorney and subsequently building his own IP firm. Thanks to his experience and know-how, he is not only responsible for providing legal protection but can also help develop an IP strategy, particularly regarding patents. BertJan’s expertise lies in, among other areas, process technology, materials science, physical chemistry, metallurgy, catalysis, and powder and particle technology.
