Experience:
Anne-Marie started her career in intellectual property in 2017 at IPLodge, now Oryon. Since then, she has built up extensive experience in the administrative and procedural support of patent proceedings.
In her role, she supports patent attorneys and clients with the administrative follow-up and coordination of proceedings at, among others, the European Patent Office, the Belgian and Dutch patent offices, and in the context of international PCT applications. Her work includes, among other things, preparing and filing patent applications, monitoring procedural deadlines during the proceedings, and coordinating validations after grant.
In addition, Anne-Marie also has paralegal experience in the administrative follow-up of trademark and design proceedings.
Education:
- Master of Visual Arts in Fine Arts – LUCA School of Arts (Brussels)
- Additional academic studies in medicine, philosophy, and technology-related subjects, including brain-computer interfaces, and environmental science.
