Experience:
Tom De Baenst joined Oryon as CEO on September 1, 2025, and has since led the further expansion and positioning of the firm. With a strong background in general management and business development, he brings extensive experience in growing organizations and strengthening client relationships.

Before joining Oryon, Tom was CEO of a Flemish SME in the bedding industry. Prior to that, he held various management positions within international companies such as Etex, Philips, and CBR, where he focused on strategy, operations, and commercial development.

At Oryon, Tom is the first point of contact for new clients. He works closely with the patent and trademark attorneys and actively supports them in building and deepening sustainable client relationships.

With his entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, Tom focuses strongly on client orientation, growth, and further strengthening Oryon’s market position.
